Celebrate with the Preservation Society the
1797 Incorporation of Baltimore City

Dedicated to Tom Ward and Robert Eney Founding Members of the Preservation Society

To commemorate the 220th Anniversary of the incorporation of Fell's Point with its adjacent colonial neighbors of Jones Town & Baltimore Town into Baltimore City, THE PRESERVATION SOCIETY is presenting a FREE LECTURE SERIES consisting of four speakers who will highlight the history of the African-American Community, its contributions in defining its place in the development of Fell's Point as the port of Baltimore and its associations with the historic row of 18th century timber framed houses on S. Wolfe St.

The Dedication on Monday, June 19, JUNETEENTH, "Emancipation Day" Dedication of CHAP plaque for the South Wolfe Street houses at 11:00 am. -FREE- Mayor Catherine Pugh and other speakers will dedicate the C.H.A.P. plaque for the 612-614 S. Wolfe St. ship caulker’s houses.
