Illegal Flyer Investigation-Private Property
Use this SR to complain about illegal flyers left on private property. The City will investigate to cite the entity responsible for the flyer. Only the property owner or resident can request an illegal sign investigation. The officer may cite the property owner for violations observed while obtaining legal evidence for the flyer investigation. The flyer must be left where originally placed until the officer arrives to gather evidence.

Rewrite Baltimore
The current Code has become outdated and overly complex, with more than 200 overlay districts, including Urban Renewal Plans and Planned Unit Developments. The new code outlines a more transparent and predictable process – one that simplifies and clarifies. It is shorter, more readable – using plain language and defines all terms – and easier to understand. Simple, easy to read tables, flow charts, illustrations and images are included throughout to help organize and explain various restrictions and requirements within the code. The code also lists all administrators and officials by title and describes their responsibilities. This will reduce confusion for users and administrators alike.
